What is Bail?
A warrant is issued when someone is wanted in court. Warrants are issued by judges.
A warrant is a courts way of saying, "we want that guy to come to court."
Instead of you hanging out in jail waiting to see a judge, you are sometimes given the option of posting bail.
Bail is money that you give to the Jail/Court to show that you will show up to court.
Bail is money that is paid to the court to help make sure someone shows up to court to see a judge.
Sometimes bail is a small amount and can be paid pretty easy. Or you can get a bail loan to pay the whole bail amount.
